Dear Haijin, visitors and travelers,
"An image says more that thousand words", maybe you know that proverb, well that's what this new month of Carpe Diem Haiku Kai is all about.
This month I have only CD Imagination episodes for you and the goal is to write your Japanese poetry, haiku, tanka or what ever other Japanese poetry form, inspired on the images I share. Of course I appreciate that you use the shared images, but I know that several of you love to use their own images, and that's no problem. If you use images by yourself than please share something about the image with us to help each other to get inspired.
Another thing this month will change is that instead of the regular weekend-meditation episodes I love to challenge you to create Tan Renga, Soliloque no Renga (solo renga) or Troiku. Don't worry you have the same time as in our regular weekend-meditation. I will publish the "weekend-meditation" new style, also on Thursday evening and the submissions will start on Sunday 7:00 PM (CET) as in the regular weekend-meditations.
Back to our new month of CDHK ... I have titled this month "Imagination Without Limits" and that says it all I think ... go with the flow, think out of the box ... go beyond boundaries ... no limits this month. You may use the classical or the non-classical way of writing and enjoying haiku, tanka or other Japanese poetry form, or maybe you will go the experimental way, as did recently ... it's all up to you.

snails crossing my path
they're slowly becoming Buddha
one day I will be too
By the way I will continue the response time of a week too, because that gives you more time to respond and it gives me more time to visit you. I hope this month will be a wonderful month ... and I hope it will be a month in which we can already sense our upcoming anniversary next October.
This month I will not have a prompt-list, because I decide every day again which image I love to share, so it's impossible to give you already the prompt-list. I hope you don't mind.
Have an awesome month and Imagine without Limits ...
Chèvrefeuille, your host
